A selective 9-week leadership experience for high school seniors and university students ready to step beyond the classroom and engage in real conversations with experienced leaders.

Fellows work directly with established leaders through structured sessions and guided discussion, developing how they think, communicate, and carry themselves in real environments.

Each Fellow contributes to a podcast and co-authors a published article, leaving with a professional portfolio that reflects their work and their ability to operate at a higher level.
